And The Survey Says....

Emotional Intelligence and sales leadership survey

12/9/20241 min read

I’m passionate about emotional intelligence and its impact on sales teams – and I NEED YOUR HELP!

As someone deeply invested in understanding how emotional intelligence (EI) can transform sales leadership and team performance, I’m conducting a survey to explore the role of EI in sales environments. My goal? To collect enough responses to ensure the results provide meaningful, actionable insights for everyone.

Research has already highlighted the transformative power of EI. A study by HARVARD Business Review revealed that salespeople with high emotional intelligence consistently outperform their peers in building client trust, managing stress, and driving sales.

Similarly, Google’s Project Oxygen found that soft skills like emotional intelligence were the key differentiators for top-performing teams.

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
Once the survey process is complete, I’ll share a comprehensive report with the community. This report will delve into TRENDS, CHALLANGES, and BEST PRACTICES for integrating emotional intelligence into sales leadership and team dynamics.

The survey is quick, easy, and completely anonymous. Here’s what we’re exploring:

The importance of EI in sales leadership
Critical EI skills for team success
The benefits and challenges of EI in sales
Practical approaches to improving EI in teams
The best way to increase this important trait in our teams

Your input can shape the conversation around EI and help sales professionals everywhere unlock their potential.

If you’re a sales professional, leader, or someone with insights into how EI shapes team performance, please take a few minutes to complete the survey. And if you KNOW OTHERS who might contribute, feel free to share this post with your network. The more input the better the output 😁
